The Puerto Rican superstar secured the title of most-streamed artist globally on Spotify for the third year in a row. According to Spotify, via its end-of-year Wrapped data, he accumulated over 18.5 billion streams in 2022. The second most-streamed artist was Taylor Swift, followed by Drake, The Weekend, and BTS.

He also embarked on a world tour, and made his big screen debut in Bullet Train. Meanwhile, Harry Styles — who also tried his hand at acting this year — had the most streamed-song on the platform with "As It Was."

Following Styles, "Heat Waves" by Glass Animals ranked second, and "Stay (with Justin Bieber)" by The Kid LAROI came in third (the song also appeared on last year's global list). Rounding out the top five are two tracks from Bad Bunny: "Me Porto Bonito" and "Tití Me Preguntó."

In addition to revealing the platform's most-streamed, Spotify also announced that this year's Wrapped is analyzing your "listening personality."
